Bharti has written many management books, research papers and articles. This is her first book on her personal musings and her other creative output, oil painting. Calling herself “someone who has lived an ordinary life with solid perseverance”, she has spent years working with child and women laborers, thereafter in various corporate houses and is now a full-time professor teaching specialized courses in corporate management. She has travelled extensively in various parts of Europe, Asia, USA and India - Bharti lives in Ahmedabad.
